“I started training in January 2010 with Len I was 244lbs and didn't really know what to expect. Len attitude towards health and fitness had me motivated right away, working with Len he makes you very comfortable with your ability and pushes you to be that much better during each session. Starting with just cardio and strength and conditioning I began to shed weight instantly, his high pace interval training was something I had never experienced before.

I have been working with Len for two years and I am now 170lbs and have had my first amateur MMA fight which he trained me for. Len promotes a healthy lifestyle change and leads by example his intensity makes you put that much more into each training session.
